Now Concise – Fine Americas’ powerful uniconazole PGR – is registered in Canada. Concise is an effective growth retardant for use on a wide variety of ornamental crops. It reduces plant height by limiting internode elongation, resulting in more desirable, compact and marketable plants. In fact, Concise has been shown to increase the quality of plants even in the absence of noticeable growth reductions. These desirable qualities include darker colours, higher chlorophyll content, greater leaf thickness, stronger stems, increased water retention and, at times, increased flower number and size.
